The Bible has much to say about our individual roles within the local and corporate church. Most of us do not serve from a lead or senior pastor role. Supportive Ministry is taught by evangelist/pastor Rev. Rick Clendenen and is adapted from his book, Playing from the Second Chair, instructing those who are in a supportive role how to better serve those in authority over them while simultaneously exhorting and leading the members under them.
